For charts, you can either rely on your BI tool’s scheduled PDFs, or programmatically generate charts (for example, via Python) and drop them into a Google Doc or Slides template.
For docs and decks, the most practical approach for small teams is a template with placeholders like:
“{{date_range}}”, “{{kpi_table}}”, “{{exec_summary}}”, “{{wins}}”, “{{risks}}”, “{{next_steps}}”.
Your automation fills those fields and exports a shareable PDF, then posts it to email or Slack.
Tool stack options (lightweight to serious)
Your exact setup depends on how technical you are and how critical the report is.
